Suggested improvements: Simplified use - suitable for primary schools. SIMS is too big a system with complicated report and administration routines that are not intuitive for anyone other than very experienced users.

Comment: Most done in-house but updates often cause issues.

Value for money rating: 2/5

Comment: I feel that the system should be much cheaper by now - for the old infrastructure that is used and the poor user interface that has not evolved significantly over many years.
