How well does it match the curriculum?

Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected

Easy to use for staff to cover curriculum content. Content is easy to search for.

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils

Needs differentiation within set tasks and more than one level of outcome

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Reasonably: We can’t use it too often or for too long

Able to log in independently and save and open work. Ability to edit work even after it has been saved

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Badly: There isn’t any / enough formative assessment or what there is, isn’t very useful

How well does it support planning?

Reasonably: Mostly we can use it without an unreasonable amount of effort or additional resource requirement

Able to look at resources / activities and pre test them to check suitability for children and curriculum outcome

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen

Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 9/11
