How well does it match the curriculum?

Brilliantly: There is more content (eg support / extension activities) than we expected

Relevant and constantly updated content which our children really enjoy. Especially the news bites as this really helps children understand the situation around the world.

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils

Not a lot needed! Maybe some more on cultural capital. We want our children to be angry with some things that go on in this world and want them to want to make a difference.

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Brilliantly: Pupils love using and are excited when they know they are going to do so

Our children know they’re in for fun whenever they see their teachers access espresso! They always look forward to lessons.

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress

Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes

It supports teachers very well. They know the planning and content are well matched to the curriculum.

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Brilliantly: We’d have very few reservations about using this extensively to support home learning

Easy for children to access content on many platforms in their own home. Parents use it to help children with homework on occasion.

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Brilliantly: It’s possibly the best value for money of any similar resources I’ve seen
