How well does it match the curriculum?

Brilliantly: There is more content (eg support / extension activities) than we expected

The range, from lower ability to greater depth and everything in between, is the best thing about it.

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Brilliantly: There is a wide enough range of resources to provide a good range of options for all pupils

Really strong.

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Reasonably: We can’t use it too often or for too long

It can get a bit repetitive if overused.

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress

We use other assessments anyway.

How well does it support planning?

Well: It’s fairly self-contained and can be used with minimal preparation

Pretty self-explanatory and well sequenced.

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Reasonably: It could be used at home or independently, but pupils would need some extra support or resources

Not sure it would've been parent-friendly in lockdown.

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Brilliantly: It’s possibly the best value for money of any similar resources I’ve seen

Quite cheap for the amount of stuff you get.

Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 10/11
