Britain's brainiest teachers - prize draw: terms and conditions of entry

Prizes
Two prizes of £250 to be drawn at random from:

a) the highest scoring teachers
b) all other entrants.

The winning entry will be drawn on 18th July 2006.

Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Schoolzone.co.uk Ltd or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this quiz or their families. Overseas residents are not eligible.
2. The prize competition is held by Schoolzone.co.uk Ltd whose registered office is at 17 Whiteladies Rd, Bristol, BS8 1PB.
3. There will be two prizes of £250 which will be drawn at random from those participants completing the quiz and entering the prize draw - one to be drawn from all the entrants with highest scores and one from all the others.
4. The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
5. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
6. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to the terms of the privacy policy.
7. All completed quizzes must be received by 17:00BST on 10th July 2006 with the prize draw taking place on 18th July 2006.
8. The prize winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the draw date of 18th July 2006 and is required to accept their prize by email within 10 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, Schoolzone.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
9. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity  accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
10. Only one entry per person.
11. Schoolzone.co.uk Ltd will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
12. Schoolzone.co.uk Ltd are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to this quiz; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or transactions which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Schoolzone.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion if fraud or technical failure compromise the integrity of the promotion as determined by Schoolzone.co.uk Ltd in its sole discretion.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14. Schoolzone.co.uk Ltd will make arrangement for the fulfilment of the prize.
