This is a wonderful site, which has a lot of different interactive sites. These activities can be done on an interactive whiteboard, but for maximum benefit the children need to work in pairs and complete the tasks together. Each task leads onto other tasks, giving them a broad range of skills in terms of field work but allowing them to be based at a desk. This site is certainly worth a visit. The museum covers a wide range of changing biological topics. Would be very well suited to interactive teaching, homework research, and lesson planning. Well worth adding to your favourites.
